RB panel filters are
designed for use
in general air conditioning, central heating and ventilation systems where
labour and replacement
costs are of prime importance. They can also be used as an effective
pre-filtering more sophisticated
filtration systems. The units have relatively high efficiencies and dust
holding capacities and should be replaced upon reaching a pre-determined air
resistance.
Good Primary Filtration is achieved using high
media area pleated panel filters, available in 25mm, 50mm & 100mm depths.
All of of filters are produced using a contour pleat design ensuring media
rigidity & maximum dust holding capacity under high airflow conditions
RB glass fibre filters are made
using graded glass fibre firmly bonded into a jig cut cardboard frame. A full
range of sizes are always available off the shelf in a range of sizes from
10mm to 50mm thicknesses. A special grade of water repellent card board is
used ensuring the frame always maintains is shape-even in adverse conditions.

HEPA
RB HEPA filters can be supplied in a
range of case materials, sizes and shapes. Each filter is tested to ensure
that the required filter efficiency is achieved across the entire filter area.
RB multi-pocket air filters are
manufactured from thermally bonded air filter media, which provides the filter
with a high initial arrestance, a relatively low resistance to airflow & a
high dust holding capacity-resulting in lower energy costs and a longer filter
life.
These filters are also recommended for use as a
high performace primary filter for sensitive indoor applications, and are
often used as an alternative to glass fibre filters in Medical & Food
industries.
Carbon Filters
RB carbon filters can
be constructed to any size in a range of densities and thicknesses. Supplied
in an aluminum framed or unframed format in varying grades to suit each
individual application. Panels can be specially impregnated for specific

Spray Booth Media
RB Spray booth media is manufactured from a
high quality waxed cardboard to ensure extended life in adverse conditions.
They come in standard 1yd x 10yd boxes. Just cut to length to suit you
particular booth.
Filter media
All types of filter media
are available from stock in either roll, pad or sheet form, and can be cut
to size. Media can be provided in a range of thicknesses and efficiencies. We
also stock a range of pad holding frames in standard sizes. custom
sizes/materials are also available, just let us know what size you want and
we'll make it!
