We have invested considerable time effort and financial resources into developing a range of energy efficient dust collectors, filter and cleaning system formats to suit a wide range of applications. Options can include, but not excluded to, for instance:

ATEX dust extraction system options:

Full DSEAR risk assessments and Hazardous Area Classification; we can then confirm the correct compliant, Category equipment to be specified. See atex risk assessments

ATEX dust collector design including; Explosion venting calculations, and panel sizing, structural calculations, inerting calculations,

  • Explosion relief fitted to side or top panels, depending upon safe venting distances, dust type etc.

The Dust Extractor can be fabricated with extended legs enabling large waste skips to be placed directly under extractor hopper, together with Rotary valve and flex connector.Dust can be pneumatically conveyed into intermediate hoppers / skips etc.

High temperature options including:

  • High temperature cartridge or bag filters

 

For acidic or alkali dusts the collector can be fabricated from Stainless steel, epoxy coated steel etc.

Stack design following D1 process emissions to atmosphere, stack height calculations/dispersion and determination of effective stack height technical guidance M1 monitoring, including access platforms for stacks,

Return air to workplace; filter failure monitoring systems, this can be integrated into our SmartAir Systems , saving compressed air and providing early warning of filter failure.

For hazardous dusts Safe- Filter-Change arrangements can be incorporated see ‘safe change filters’

In addition to this we can also design, manufacture and supply all associated ductwork systems, in accordance with recognised fluid flow practices.

 

We provide all ducting and accessories required.

A range of ductwork suitable for process gas stream, for instance: 

  • galvanised spiral wound mild steel straight sections and fabricated bends.
  • rolled, lock formed galvanised or steel ducting with quick release clamps for easy removal and cleaning of ducting.
  • Flanged and sealed steel ducting
  • PVC or polypropelene ductwork, fully sealed or welded as required
  • Stainless steel ductwork which can be a more cost effective option for alkali / acid gases than PVC or polyprop.
  • We will ensure airflow control dampers are fitted where necessary, these can be low cost actuated dampers see Linear Actuated Dampers .
  • We can cut all roof or wall holes where required including making good as required
  • Earth bonding of all necessary duct work.
  • Providing certification of all ATEX measures employed; can be required for DSEAR regulations
