Welding and Fabrication
All fabrication is done in house for our bespoke units and systems, however we can offer one off welding requirements.
Our experienced welding team are able to weld using TIG ACDC for aluminum, TIG for stainless steel and MIG for mild steel.
Producing tailored designs and builds for extraction hoods, extraction arms, downdraught benches, control panel casing and stands in mild and stainless steel.
Rolled Ducting
We now have the capacity to manufacture in house with our brand new powered rollers, we can manufacture rolled ducting and pipe to your specification. This can be in a variety of metals such as stainless steel, galvanized or perforated steel.
Our powered roller can roll sizes up to 1500mL and up to 2mm thickness.
Our electric roller also incorporates a cone rolling device so we are able to cater to requirements for ducting of tapered/cone contraction.
We have a set of manual rollers for requirements where tighter rolls are needed
