Requirements and challenges
After initial contact and discussion, we recently installed two VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) monitoring systems at their manufacturing facility that had ATEX zoned areas.
Solutions
The systems consist of monitoring for flammable gases, within six production areas, within two buildings on the site.
In the case of VOCs being sensed, an alarm is sounded giving operators notice of the issue.
With the general ventilation this should dissipate in time, allowing entry and investigation as to why the release happened.
Outcome
Our easy-to-use, energy efficient and cost effective VOCs keep employees safe whilst helping to ensure operators are alerted to the presence of volatile organic compounds as quickly as possible; enabling them to act quickly and efficiently.
